I learned some things, but at great cost.

I got an attitude! Don’t look at me like you never had a moment of confusion, where u turn around and say “Oh hell! This stuff is so complicated, let me just cover my eyes and hit the dam button.” Then its permanently broken. A bond that held together for the same amount of time it takes to bring a human life into the real world.
So it got shattered and lays on the floor like a million-piece jigsaw puzzle. What held it together that long in the first place, and why couldn’t it go longer? Because it was virtual? So was it all a myth? Make-believe? Fake? A lie? How strong could it be if it wasn’t real to one or both? Like many questions I ask during self-examination, this one has more than one answer. And the one I chose yesterday may not fit the situation, post-re-examination.
Abstract observation – Circular thoughts are subjected to change. Today i have an attitude.
Zbrush on its 3rd release since the half-version came out – oh about a few months ago, don’t remember exactly. But you can always visit http://www.pixologic.com for that kinda info and more – like a trial version. Not for the computer phobic that’s for sure. Yet, i am as determine as i was a year ago that i’m gonna learn how to use it.

There are some obvious roadblocks I gotta get through, like I’ve never sculpted anything before, cept for the kidney-shaped ashtray required before they let you graduate from elementary school. The ZBrush tools and environment are supposed to be suited towards those that sculpt, however there’s enough techno stuff in there to keep the 3D artist just as happy. All this is preliminary before the launch of the final version 4.
Well, it’s still an amazing program that I will master – or throw the ‘puter out the window trying!

This is my look at the moment. There’s always room for change though – that’s me.
This is a purchased skin, but the bones are all me, and that makes me unique in Second Life.
Purple Latex catsuit - Karu Karu
I’m a she-ro by default.
Latex has a bad name in general. Fact is, not too many can wear the stuff and look good at the same time, in the real. But this is Secondlife – you can make it work, or let it work you. I prefer the first. This particular outfit is from Karu Karu… They got the shine just right too!!!
What a fun-filled weekend it was! To dress up like these cute lil furry rockers – we just had a blast that day!
My SL husband is soooo cool too. After I drug his reluctant butt to the store where I got the furry avatar and he bought it, he then proceeded to put it on – piece by painful piece! We then hit the rest of the sim, Blue Galaxy, romping and running like Tom and Jerry, and ended up at Sanctuary Rock for some hawt synchronized dancing on his chimera. “You know, babe, I kinna like this!” he said to me. That made the day all the more special, that i made him smile. Always works!
Did I mention we were adorable?
This isnt Secondlife related – but it’s Ralph Lauren and that name is synonymous with good ol’ American Style n’Elegance. Tomorrow, September 18th, we’ll be able to view Ralph Laurens latest Fall collection on the Runway, and from our computers. I’m excited, and i had to tell ya about it! Here’s the link! Click me!
I’m complicated. You see me in black and white, but nothing is that simple ever.
Its never as simple as black and white
Its never as simple as black and white
On May 3, 2009, I partnered with an exceptional man who rocks my SL world. BigNic Carver. So what is all this about? I dont have a definitive answer. I can say that Second Life has a way of substituting lack of the other senses — touch, taste, smell — with emotions that come from within. It’s hard to explain to someone that hasn’t been in-world. But I welcome BigNic, who I affectionately call Big, into my Second Life as my Partner.
We are a young couple still – with lots of potential to do wonderful fun-filled things together. I am no longer alone – I am part of him, and it feels so good.
Orange has been raging the SL fashion scene since Fall 08. It’s a kewl color but there’s some things you should know about when wearing it.
Never wear it alone, always have a contrasting darker color to offset it. Black works, but so does dark greens, navies, and purples. There’s lots of ways to achieve this too. like if its a tee, a shirt that reveals itself at the neckline, arms, and or hips can work well – or a contrasting bottom. Anything to offset it you can find. White will work some of the time too. You’ll really notice what i mean when you’re standing next to something with a high red content too, like redwood floor or walls.
